Whether you are interested in having a more effective conversation about climate change, or want to organise a local green week, whatever you need you’ll be able to find it on our Great Big Green Week website.
The first Great Big Green Week took place in September 2021, and was the largest event for climate and nature ever seen in the UK, with over 5,000 events taking place up and down the country.
Since then, Great Big Green Week has continued to grow and in 2024, 600,000 people took part. Communities, national organisations, institutions, businesses and media outlets joined in, ultimately putting pressure on the government to up its game on climate change.
During the week, communities, schools, businesses, churches, mosques and more join together in a wave of support for action to protect the planet.
